Magnum Senda del Oro 2021

Senda del Oro is a young red wine monovarietal, 100% Tempranillo from 15-year-old vines located in the town of Burgos.

TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with very violet reflections. On the nose very intense and clean. Highlights the red fruits along with the memories of the wood. In the mouth we find enveloping wine, fresh and with a fruity and elegant palate.

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. Grapes selected on a table, destemmed before fermentation, 14 days and 3 daily pumping at a temperature of 27ºC.

AGING
Aged for 7 months in American and French oak barrels.

Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, sausages, stews, vegetables ...
